Maybe it has been a while since you have been able to take a deep breath and feel truly present. It may feel like past experiences weigh you down in your daily life, showing up in the form of overwhelm, low self-esteem, shame, or feeling like there is no room to make a mistake.
I try to take the time to understand the impact of these experiences and discover how you want to define your present and future. We will collaborate to build a space that feels right for you, so you have room to explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. You know you better than anyone else, my role is to support you in your healing journey.
When I am not working, I love trying new recipes and cooking meals for my loved ones, reading, listening to podcasts, anything that includes getting to move my body, and trying to convince my dog to cuddle with me.
